Receive notifications to your Microsoft Teams channels when Shorthand Stories, Projects, and Collections are published and unpublished.
Note: this feature is available on some Shorthand plans only, and an administrator of your Shorthand workspace is required to carry out the steps below.

Generate a webhook URL for the Teams channel you want to receive notifications into using MS Teams Workflows.
Find Workflows from within the ellipsis menu within MS Teams:
Create a new flow by clicking New Flow or use the template for ‘Post to a channel when a webhook request is received’.
Once the template is clicked, the creation flow wizard is displayed. Click Next.
Under Set up your flow select the Team and Channel you want to send notifications to:
Click Create Flow and a webhook URL is generated:
Copy this webhook URL and go to your Shorthand workspace and there, click Settings:
Under Team Settings click MS Teams Integration:
Add the webhook URL from MS Teams to the input area and click Update.
From this point onward when stories, projects, and collections are published and unpublished, notifications will be sent to the channel for which you generated the webhook URL.
To remove the MS Teams Integration click the Remove button in the MS Teams Integration settings page.
