You can access your profile page from different ways:
From your dashboard - On the left side of the dashboard select Settings, then under the Account Settings section you can select the Profile, Preferences or Sessions pages
From the story editor - Select the user avatar or initials at the top-right of the page and then select Your Profile. This profile page includes the Profile, Preferences, and Sessions page grouped together.
From the profile pages you can:
View and change your username, email, and avatar
NOTE: You won't be able to edit your email from the profile page if your account uses Single Sign-On (SSO) from Google or your organisation's Identity Provider, however if you use Google you can email [email protected] to request that your account be disconnected from Google.
Change your password
Update your email preferences
Review a list of devices that have logged into your Shorthand account. You can revoke access to any that you do not recognise.
Deleting your account
If you'd like to delete your Shorthand account you will need to contact us by sending an email to [email protected] from the email address that you signed up with.
